In a report released on Wednesday, Amnesty International said insurgents deliberately killed dozens of innocent people and gang-raped women and girls in two cities in Ethiopia's Amhara region . The rebels also committed rape of 14-year-old girls. Amnesty International said in the report that fighters of the Tigre People's Liberation Front (TPLF) captured Kobo and Chenna, two cities in the Amhara region in July last year.
